Abeer Sleiman Margolis is a highly skilled product designer with a passion for creating seamless, intuitive, empowering, and delightful interactions. With almost 9 years of relevant experience, Abeer has a deep empathy for people and the world around her, which drives her curiosity and passion for building substantial experiences that resonate with people and make them see things differently. Currently working as a Sr. Product Designer at tripactions, Abeer has also worked with some of the biggest names in the tech industry, including Square and Jawbone. At Square, she worked closely with the Research team to identify problem areas in Directory and used her communication and collaboration skills to bring together user feedback and translate it into actionable tasks. She also improved metrics for engagement and user workflows to increase customer data entry, which drove more people back to small businesses. At Jawbone, she led features from conception to production, fostered cross-functional and cross-product area collaboration and creation, and worked closely with product managers and engineers to shape the vision and define the roadmap for the new UP app. Abeer's education background is equally impressive, with a BFA in Media Studies from Columbus College of Art & Design, a Course in User Experience Design from the School Of Visual Concepts - Seattle, a BS in Graphic Design from Lebanese American University, and a current field of study in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from Motion Design School. Abeer's tech stack includes product design, UI, Research Scientist, and designer, which showcases her versatility in the field.
